    As theorised, he was the one doing all of the dumping last week after the Maul contract announcement - 8 mil.

    Clearly he is sees little value in holding onto his stock even at 3 cents.

    Still has another 127mil to dump. Without doubt he will dump heavily into any 'rally' should the funding come through.
