    MOD announced many months ago (I can't remember when exactly) that he would be selling down his holdings and has done so on a monthly basis. Most have been 1-1.5% of his holding. Since he has been selling since at least January how can you call it "dumping". I guess we can be glad he didn't "dump" over 10% of the company at one time.
