Have a look at the volume that has traded since the announcement of the deal was first announced, and then even after all the delaying of the payment on three occasions, they are still buying, ok someone is selling (MOD?)but someone is also buying and they are not pushing the SP down to do it?
If this company was going bust? who in their right mind would be buying?, in fact whomever it is is accumulating, and they have bought a great deal of them in the last few weeks!
