I don’t think this has been fully resolved just yet and hence we are not trading.
i appreciate there will be strong views on both sides and the court will be the final adjudicator on this.
whatever the outcome, I think what is clear is that ISX hasn’t done anything illegal. The sooner we have an outcome on this the better as it is proving to be quite a distraction.
