    i thought the issue was not how much tax but more what we should do with it
    apparently the oecd is saying rather than spend it all we should put it away in case of emergency.

    But wayne swan disagrees, he reckons we should spend it as soon as we get it.
    But what do expect from someone who thinks like a blonde on a spending spree at DJs
