Yes I did. There were 3-4 colleagues of the institute reading his paper. So he is single author but as it has been reviewed by colleagues it is published as a report of the institute.
Can´t provide more details here and now, first have to check the facts. Is it possible to contact you via email? I miss a boardmail at this board that is bad because I am not able to follow each single thread here ...
