Peer review does not mean you get colleagues in your organisation to review your report.
Peer review means you get experienced qualified people OUTSIDE your organisation in similar/same industry sector to review and provide critique.
In my opnion this institute is leftist think tank pushing their own agenda, I retract my opinion if they provide additional comments as to the obvious bias.
Seems like a place where Wendy Bacon and the NTN staff would be welcome with open arms.
