well depends when u plan to finish building what the market will be.

may be you will finish and get enough money to landscape with a great pool. and out door bar, and of course a big out door BBQ area.

If u wait longer you can buy the land next door and build a house for the kids. You can use it as a hide away till they get old enough. with a pool table and off course another bar for the wet season.

how does that sound a good plan?????
