Have just had a closer look at the OEL presentation and they have been offered $0.10 fo their 33% stake in Galoc.
6c per share cash and another 39million to fully fund there work program for the next 2 years and are currently trading at 9.2c a share.
On the other hand NDO have been offered 5.5c per share for our 22% stake plus the other assets and debt and cash.
Looks to be about $30 to $40 million shy of a good deal for NDO holders!
