OEL Score Card 2016 (A shareholder view)

I recently invested in Otto Energy based on their 2016/17 "Investment Highlights" (sourced from their May 2016 Investor Presentation, as well as some earlier ASX announcements);
- Share price cash-backed at about 3 cents per share
- A diversified portfolio in high impacts regions
- Drilling high chance of success wells near proven production in N. America
- Drilling 6+ wells in 2016/17
- Focus on opportunities with short lead time to production

To assist me track Otto's Performance (deliverables) against Plan, I'm using a Score Card which helps me make future investment decisions in the Company.  Whether Otto's Performance (Deliverables) against Plan is;
- On track
- At risk
- Not achieved
is only my view and others may indeed disagree, which is fine.   I usually update the scorecards for Companies I invest in when the Quarterly Reports are released.
