I think questions investors need to consider is :

Is OEX on the path to making money with the large untapped resources it has by supplying it's markets?

Will investors make money by helping OEX realise it's untapped potential, by reaching it' s goals to development to production?

OEX is unshackled from previous concerns.

Massive increasing Demand > and Outstripping local supply = Rising Prices and a WIN WIN for the company and it's investors.

A WIN for the people that requires the essential needed resources through investment to get it out of the ground.

We all make money, not sure who is not a fan of that.
