although the analysis is simplistic - is it correct?
Therefore new findings for OEX (60% holding) and VPE (30% holding), doesn't equal much profit, when consider the numbers of 365 barrels.
Doing number crunching (VPE) and OEX.. 365 barrels a day - and say price oil is $35.00 barrel. This equals to only $4,484,480 ($4M) in revenue only (don't forget costs).
And this well is shared. OEX market capitalisation approx $11M, while VPE $43M. Are the share prices justified??
