    OEX was great for a trade this morning and VPE is always a reasonable trade, but has always been overvalued, 5% stake in Jingemia and 40 barrels a day coming from Wyoming. Plus the possibility that this discovery in cooper with OEX, may not be commercial and only 3 mill in cash, I think that VPE is far an above overvalued.
