Not sure if the whole picture is a pump and dump scenario here. Formation is a little slow for that... bar our last little event. ;-)
In any case if it is... the craftsman is a reincarnated Michelangelo and this is; from a stock point of view... a Statue of David.
Unless an unexpected issue appears... the dump will most likely appear after the spud and not before.
