There are limited windows when boards can buy stock, although not sure what they are offhand. If all the news is in the market it ought to be a green light, but maybe it is not. Might check details tomorrow. Ultimately that is not the issue. The issue is making the case that investors and traders buy on market. If more traders were active, this alone could get in the small parcel bots way. Anyway ... after a spectacular crash maybe it will get on radars now.
