That is just theft if you ask me. Painful enough to pay a hefty capital gains tax now we need to pay equal to what companies pay brokers to raise capital for selling on an exchange.

Anyone selling at these prices must be desperate for cash or simply don’t have a clue on how to value businesses properly.
