    Just read the info and assuming it’s the latest, then 275 + gst
    the $55 is for automic payable by the seller.
    That isn’t the problem either way. It is the 6% that is painful to swallow.
    I remember I was informed last year being 3.5% + gst. They pretty much increased the brokerage fee double.
