    looks like someone got a margin call today and the best bet was to pay it out by selling some AB1?

    big shakeout in the general market today, someone could be in trouble and could have instructed PM to sell his / her holding at whatever price available...

    before that the trading was steady @ 1.90 all day - nice huge trade in fact of almost 175K
