The 1m shares traded at $1.6 speaks way more volume then a sell down to $1.3 with less than 4000 shares.
Price action (with volume) usually always leads to news flow. The buyer who is willing to fork out 7 figures in a stock that is not liquid speaks ways louder than any minor selling down imo.
Any selling with these volumes are considered retail. The few thousand shares traded that are not whole numbers likely represent the shareholders entire holding and probably did not even know that it was trading at the dollars and can be traded on any platform. That is a likely explanation. The other explanation is price manipulation lower down to accumulate as someone knows something.
Prepare for some exceptional news is what my instincts are telling me now.
