    Those 2 million sold on PM were likely not CypherPunks as their average was around $1.15. And from their statement it was likely that they were accumulating as they talked about “trades” and not a single trade.

    As for a seller it could’ve been a retail guy. Would’ve been easy to accumulate millions when AB1 was worth 3 cents.
