Only 21,000 shares left before we hit $3.00 Market Cap now $4.4 Billion. This up coming Cap Raise imo will not be the last. (I hope not any way) I have said here before, imo Cap raises are NOT dilutionary to us and we should not fear them. Yat is in a Win-Win situation with Cap raises in my book. On one hand he raises capital in a market that loves him & AB1 so he can buy/invest in the best investments in a start up new age investment market. On the other hand by the fact we are issuing more shares he is growing the companies Market Cap exponentially which is what he (we) want to happen PRIOR to listing. The larger the Market Cap we have (regardless of the number of issued shares) imo the more interest AB1 will have in the broader investment market. This is NOT traditional thinking but then again, AB1 is not a traditional company, in any sense of the word! I am definitely sticking with my call in August of a listing price of $17-20.00 in October/November 2022! What we are seeing right now is just the beginning for this amazing company and its share price! All of the above is just my opinion, please do your own research.
