I can't see Yat wanting to list until he has secured "fortress Animoca". Having gone to all this work to democratize this new world we are investing in he is not likely to want to see one of the big boys come in and buy it out soon after it lists. This personal vision comes through again and again in his interviews. My tip is that to Yat, it is not so much about the dollars (as important as that is) but about remaining in control and driving the agenda/future. By being private he is able to pick and choose his shareholders and do pretty much as he chooses in selecting strategic and friendly investors. My feeling is that when he feels comfortable that there is minimum risk of Animoca losing its edge through a takeover he will look at a public listing option. Just my thoughts - either way, whatever ever happens - see you at our millionaires celebration party.
