Personally I don’t see the advantage in spinning off core assets...

    Personally I don’t see the advantage in spinning off core assets such as TSB into a smaller listing right now and sharing that with the wider capital markets. Can easily grow TSB alone into an unicorn before attempting that or better yet just keep full ownership.
