e’ve just wrapped up construction on the intertidal causeway!
This new road will make it easier than ever to access the Cape Preston West Port, allowing us to deliver our high-quality industrial salt to customers via our 2.4 km jetty.
As part of the construction, we’ve installed 140 culverts, which will enable water to flow safely under the road. These culverts – each 1.5 meters in diameter – will help retain the natural flow of water to and from vital habitats, maintaining healthy ecosystems.
