    I believe the MS review would easily value UNIS at $1 Billion, but for me that is only for a 20% share.
    For a complete buyout I would value UNIS much more because of loss of future dividend earnings and SP.
    I believe UNIS earnings will ramp quickly once proper production commences.
    I believe My estimates are at the highest end of HC posters, but credible
