Point being why not just pay it? If Amgen goes ahead they will have near term cash needs covered. If Amgen goes ahead it's not going to result in an overnight EFT payment so unless Amgen start approving the payment days /weeks ahead of the deadline. So UNS won't have received the cash by the deadline to easier facilitate a payment. So makes no difference in paying Orbimed
