    "1. Don’t make assumptions about technological fluency"

    For me this was an engineering limitation of the product rather than a problem with the testing. Anyone who has ever been into an ER or seen a third world country medical facility should have known this. For me the failure in the testing was a blessing because the product would have failed in the market if these changes had not been done.
