This means the company will still make money out of employee either so call charged nominal rental fee or pre arranged purschased plan. I remembered years ago, we used to be live in company's house free if you are the employee of this big company.(in a different country!) Because my father worked for this big company's reserach branch, and not just associcated employees, all the company employees get free accommondations, it goest with job with extra benefit of carpenter or handy men to fix odds and ends job for the households as well.

At least this is a start!!!
