I havent, but by far the best Buffett book is :
The Essays of Warren Buffett : Lessons for Corporate America
by Lawrence A. Cunningham
Its simply a compilation of the essays of 'the man' himself. No interpretations.
This book is worth reading once a year, and by my reckoning, when you get to the stage that you nod approvingly on every single word, you will be an INVESTOR, my son.
By the way, I also recommend that people read my favourite all time classic :
Common stocks for uncommon profits
by Philip Fisher.
Written over 50 years ago, and still the best. Fisher was very influential in shaping Buffett's thinking. I would go as far as to say that Buffett was never the investor he became until he discovered Fisher.
Those two books are probably the best for aspiring investors to truly understand the 'philosophy' of investment.
Clearly, there is more hard work needed after that to put it all together, ie reading the 'how to' texts in valuation, Financial Accounting etc.
