6.78% since buying in 2016 plus the drp for the past two years. Quite happy to keep accumulating on that basis and can't see any reason to sell.
Have been tempted to buy more but have been burnt in the past so prefer to spread my risk to about 24 AU and NZ stocks with an average exposure of about 4% of funds to each. I've done exceedingly well with DDR and some others (AX1, NSR, WPL, SPK, THL, HGL, DGL) but crashed with others and for some I'm happy to just hold for the dividend. As 'they' say - diversify, diversify, diversify!
