Some of that is a good decision and should help MELs.case for development.
If you think about from a competitive perspective, it will be removing a lot of otherwise competitive supply for nsw gas.
I don't see the need to again review risks of the activity in respect to water - they just spent a year and a half looking at it - now this back flip just looks like incompetent policy making.
