Agree Aras, AGL should have seen that one coming after Dart copped the flak over St. Peters?

QLD has that 2 Km radius exclusion zone in place already, and NSW csg companies who didn't foreseen that one has to be sleeping through the whole time IMO.

Mind you just because some area has houses on it, doesn't mean it is Residential zoned. This new restriction seems to be targeting AGL and looks like some sort of punishment for making the "Pollies" nervous in the Federal/State seats of Western Sydney. Now what's going to happen to AGL's operations in the Hunters as the Whine (sic) industry and Horses comes under that 2 Km exclusion?

Definately less competition now for MEL in the future NSW gas market. Not long now until 2014, I'm waiting to see the shortage of gas supply in NSW, which will make the pollies even more nervous IMO.
