ST, done deal. Just got to go through the red tape and formalise it with shareholder approval. In my opinion the reason things have dragged on is GSF directors know what they're doing and before anyhing is announced they are thorough and carry out their "due diligence" to ensure no mistakes are made. I'm happy with that. As I mentioned earlier, I expect much more great news in the near future.
