Hi, Speaking to my broker re takeover activity he thought that the Arab interest in Oromin is a possibility but that nothing would likely happen before Ramadan is over and he thinks that finishes around the 24th this month and another possible contender Randgold is still around.
At least we seem to have got out of the sixties and seventies which is great heading north were it should have been long ago. It definitely has been manipulated. I saw a snippet on the news a while ago interviewing a hedge fund manager re SHORTING and the bans. He said that they are only shorting when they think a company is going to DROP!. Yeh they make it drop that's my opinion and manipulation you see with various stocks where 1 or 13 etc shares are traded is ridiculous.
