    hi all,

    i made a gain of around 70k last year with ESP/RSU in an American tech company I was invested in and working for, after it was acquired.

    As great as that is, I owned that stock for under 12 months so am now looking down the barrel of a hefty tax bill next may.

    Not sure what the rules are for off market trading on hot copper, however, 18months seems long enough, if anyone is interested in my shares at a very very fair value. Please reach out.
