    A strategy that can be put in place is for a SH to enter into an arrangement with another or others to contribute to the SPP entitlement. At the end of the day, once shares are allocated, the initiating SH conducts off market transfers to each individual stakeholder.

    This would be at no cost to them selves with a money back guarantee if the SPP fails.
