That being dated on the 16/07/2018, I assume it is one of two things:
1) The website interpreting the announcement as an off-market transfer or,
2) Perhaps Geoff transferred his shares from his own personal name to another vehicle such as a family trust.
It is definitely not him selling his shares though.
