Hi folks,

Mr Colin Steyn , who owns Lancaster Park which is an investment company, owned around 50 million shares, it sounds like they were purchased at a reasonably high price.

Due to their huge decline I would say possible Lancaster Park is being wound up.

Another possibility is that a new buyer has come in, and that is why there were the 3 resignations as they were large shareholders.

Either way still no clue on negotiations.
