    To me, it looks like a good sign considering someone is buying shares amid a recap operation. Looks like MBN is breathing again and well alive just in need of some oxygen, which appears flowing again.

    At current SP ($0.016) this operation cost approx. $660,000.00! But who really knows at what price this was negotiated.
