I would not pay more than LHC Capital's valuation because I suspect that they would have better information available to them than I have. Also LHC Capital's valuation was done by an independent third party and it is therefore unlikely to be biased.
It will be interesting to see if LHC Capital's valuation changes at the end of June 2020.
