The SPP,placement to ALL Shareholders at 130 up to a Max $10,000 worth is CAPPED/Limited to raising $5million ie Issuing 3.85mil # shares.
High Liklihood this will be OverSubscribed and allocation proportioned ie ask for $10k but only get $5k.
SDM is relatively tightly held.80% of total shares on Issue are held by the Top20.New List in Annual Report will be "informative" but don't hold your breathe waiting for your 130 "Bargain" shares to Top Up with,IMHO.
Buy any Dips below say 150.
