egm - vote against it! EGM proposes to give 3.5 million options to incoming Ms Lacaze at a price of 12.5c, and all she needs to achieve is a sp of 17c - passed already, 20c - there now, and 25c for the last third. This is money for jam - can l apply for this job ? Wait another week and she will have fully 3.5 mil options to buy at 12.5c for doing nothing!
At least the previous options have an exercise price of 50c which at least targets investors return on capital prior to dishing out "rewards" for capital losses.
