Anna - the konkerra deposit is not refractory, thats a complete fabrication.
For a refractory deposit the gold is locked up in the host rocks and required baking and intense pre-oxidising, thats not the case for amx . AMX just have finer grained gold in "some" areas of insignificant size , but its not locked up. These certain areas merely require a finer grind size. The increased cappex and oppex will be around 10% from standard techniques imo (worse case).
They will likely use an Isamil instead of a standard grinding curcuit, which the capital and power costs of this are not much more than standard milling techniques.
Its your misconceptions that co's like acorn and taurus are banking on and are likely the crux of their investment thesis in AMX.
