Hi jonkey, maybe the Govt fund is earmarking some of its money for some of this infrastructure and someone has heard a whisper,BBI sp does seem to be swinging wildly on a no news day, I would think that all the big miners know that price recovery is on the way, as is demand, stockpiles can't last forever, I would think some of them are eying off BBI assets..lets face it better for bottom line if big miner x has production-transport and distribution all sewn up, much lower cost overall.
