    thanks for this. Remember BBI can cancel the management agreement if there is a "material change" in the agreement. I feel the departure of staff as alluded to in the article is a material change (The management company cannot supply the services required - therefore they are outsourced independently by the BBI Board).

    Interested in thoughts of others.
