As a Kiwi I wonder if it is best to sell this now as section 6.2 of the bidders statement mailed out to share holders indicates that if I accept the offer I will not be offered Tamaya shares as consideration for my acceptance shares.
A different arrangement is made that gets an ASIC nominee to offer the Tamaya shares for sale on ASX "as soon a practicable"
This may be what is keeping the shares artificially low at the moment Under the $1 offer) as shareholders like myself are off loading now or will have to soon after the new company is listed if they accept the offer
