JL says quite a lot about various lithium companies without any evidence to back up his comments. Inevitably they are negative commentaries on companies he does not get paid by or hold shares in... surprise surprise. Where is any proof of his off spec comments?Which customer? Which order? What date/s? What quantity? What percentage of overall order? Etc . Nothing..... no proof, no backup, no nothing. Surely all relevant and necessary info if throwing out such a comment.
Now imagine Joe Lowry was commenting on the pharmaceuticals industry and saying that a company was delivery off spec medicines to retail chains? Then imagine he only made such comments about pharmaceutical companies he was not paid as a consultant by or had shares in. Would people ask him for details? Who when why what ? Would he and indeed anyone else that required the unsubstantiated rumour face legal problems? Yeah probably.
Have you asked Joe to provide evidence for his assertion? What did he say when you did ask? Have you gone to management and ask for a comment? What did they say?
Yet it seems without doing that you have started a post that says company xyz drugs are offspec. What is the company doing about it if it's true? You wouldn't post this sort of question if this was a pharma company would you. But lithium... oh that's ok. Hmmmm sorry not buying your "just interested to know former holder" story. I would however suggest if you are genuinely concerned about JL rumour that you ask him to back it up. Then ask the company for there feedback on his proof ...post the answers that you get here ... then we can all comment
