    What's the exact basis for this call (if any), having made a lower Weekly hi on Week of 28 Nov , 2016, and has been basically trading sideways since then? (For the record, I look directly at Price Action, not proce derivative technical indicators). Certainly the $5 range is a key level - tested 4 times, and couldn't break out (so far).
    Can you please produce a Chart, since you mentioned one?
