IMO binding offtake agreements are what is needed.
I'm not sure a PFS will give the SP much of a kick, much like the JORC.
We need something definite.
Thought I read somewhere that MNS were thinking of doing a BFS straight up but obviously that hasn't happened. Now that would have been a plus.
