I was about to see who could possibly find anything to knock & this offtake agreement then this appears.
'...from commencement of production to 30 December 2018'
No ambiguity there at all that I can find.
Plain & simple, as soon as we are producing, which we are all expecting full production now will be late 2015 for this level of tonnage. So thats all of 2016-2018, a 3 year offtake agreement of 50ktpa.
I think this is a sensational announcement.
They will take the flake, but if the merger goes through will take processed spherical anode.
And this is a Fortune 500 company. This is the most significant graphite offtake agreement announced yet by any of the emerging new graphite producers worldwide period.
This merger with Lamboo's flake & Hengda's plant, production & location will open so many doors.
